Notice scope

What the notice covers.

This policy describes information handled through Efferent's public company website. It does not turn a website inquiry into permission for unrelated marketing, product telemetry, or use inside an operating system.
01
Information collected

Information you provide.

When you submit an inquiry, Efferent receives the fields you complete: name and work email, organization and conversation focus, and the message you choose to share.

Do not submit confidential technical information, credentials, export-controlled material, or sensitive personal data through the public form.

02
Essential technical data

Essential technical information.

Hosting and security providers may process limited request metadata—such as IP address, browser or device information, requested page, referring page, and time of access—to deliver the site, diagnose errors, and protect against abuse.

03

  • Understand the requested conversation
  • Maintain necessary business records
  • Operate and secure the website
  • Meet legal obligations and protect legitimate rights
04
Disclosure

When information may be shared.

Information may be provided to service providers supporting hosting, message delivery, inquiry records, and security, only as needed for those functions. It may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Efferent does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

05
Tracking boundary

Cookies and analytics.

Essential technologies are used to deliver and secure the site. Efferent uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure page visits and general traffic patterns. It is not used for cross-context behavioral advertising, and no other analytics provider is configured.

06
Lifecycle

Retention and security.

Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain legitimate business records, protect the site, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
